Customs House Newcastle is seeking casual chefs of all experience levels to join our kitchen teams across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie venues. If you have experience in a commercial kitchen, a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a busy environment, we’d love to hear from you.

We offer flexible hours as the summer season approaches, supportive kitchen teams, and opportunities to develop your skills. Wages are competitive and experience-based.

As we head into the warmer months and our venues get busier, we're looking for casual chefs of all experience levels to join our kitchen teams at Customs House Newcastle.

Whether you're an experienced chef or still building your skills, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for reliable, motivated people who enjoy working in a busy kitchen and take pride in producing great food.

What we're looking for:

Experience working in a commercial kitchen

Availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends
