We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef to join our team at The Carrington, located in Shepparton, Vic. The Carrington is a vibrant venue operating seven days a week from 7am to 10pm, offering a full range of traditional hotel services including a bar, cafe and restaurant.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering high quality, creative dishes that impress our guests and contribute to an exceptional dining experience.

The role offers 38 hours per week, with additional hours as reasonably required, in line with the relevant award or employment agreement, and includes superannuation.

Applicants must have completed at least a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or an equivalent qualification.

Applicants must have proven experience as a Chef in a hospitality or restaurant environment. Solid culinary skills and a genuine passion for preparing high-quality, flavourful dishes. Sound knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices. A well groomed and professional appearance.
