We operate a family friendly 300 seat Bistro with children’s playground area, bottleshop, public / sports bar with keno, electronic betting machines, full TAB facilities, and a 28 machine gaming room.

We pride ourselves on great food, cold drinks and excellent customer service, and are looking for an outstanding Head Chef who has extensive experience in a variety of food operations. As our Head Chef, you will oversee all facets of kitchen operations, including leading the team by example, maintaining budgets, and maintaining high standards throughout the kitchen. We are seeking a passionate professional that is energetic, organised and self-motivated with strong leadership qualities. In this role it will be your responsibility to take ownership of the kitchen and strive to offer the highest standard of meals ensuring quality and consistency are maintained across the board. Reporting to the General Manager you will be able to work a rotating roster over 4 ½ days including lunch and dinner.
