Job summary

Sodexo Ltd seeks a Cook/Chef for Larkhill Garrison, Wiltshire (SP4 8QT) to support MOD dining operations. Prepare, cook, and serve meals for military personnel, while maintaining top food-safety standards and participating in high-profile events and functions.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, collaborate with front-of-house staff, and contribute to bulk cooking and quality control across shifts.

Qualifications

• Professional chef experience in a catering or hospitality setting.
• Recognised culinary qualifications (City & Guilds 706/1 & 2, NVQ Level 2/3).
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, team-focused environment.
• A passion for cooking and delivering top-quality service.
• Experience working in military or government catering.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• IOSH qualification or equivalent.
