Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years prior experience as a Breakfast Chef.
• Proven ability in kitchen management and leadership.
• Ability to divide responsibilities and monitor progress.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
• Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimised kitchen processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast menu items to a high standard.
• Set up the breakfast station and mise en place before service.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times.
• Follow recipes and portion controls.
• Ensure speed during peak breakfast hours.
• Assist with stock rotation and report low ingredients to Head Chef.
• Clean kitchen and equipment after breakfast service.
• Adapt to dietary requirements and customer requests.
• Support team in other kitchen duties when required.

• Ensure speed and efficiency during peak breakfast hours
• Assist with stock rotation and reporting low ingredients to the Head Chef
• Properly clean down kitchen and equipment after breakfast service
• Adapt to special dietary requirements and customer requests when needed
• Support the team in other kitchen duties when required
