Job summary

Casalingo Restaurant in Apollo Bay is seeking an experienced Chef to join our professional staff and grow within the role. You will run your own section in a fast paced kitchen, manage prep and stock control, and ensure high hygiene and safety standards across the operation.

The role requires proven experience as a Chef in a comparable restaurant and leadership of junior team members, with involvement in specials and menu contributions as needed.
