Job summary

Bulla Dairy Foods in Colac, VIC, is seeking a Full-Time Permanent Process Controller - Cheesemakers to operate a cheese production process within our dairy site. The role reports to the Team Lead - Process and involves hands-on operation, safety compliance, and continuous improvement in a busy production environment.

Qualifications

• Previous cheesemaking or dairy production experience is preferred but not essential.
• Able to perform manual handling tasks safely and effectively.
• Capable of following verbal and written work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Observe processes and initiate corrective actions.
• Assist in setup, dismantling, cleaning and reassembly of machinery.
• Transfer products to/from processes or storage and maintain hygiene.
• Record production and testing information accurately.
• Support training and continuous improvement initiatives.
