Job summary

Martian Logic in Jindivick, VIC is hiring a Production Operator for a full-time role on a rotating Monday-to-Sunday roster. You will prepare fresh ingredients, mix and blend products, and support cheese-making operations in our dairy facility.

Qualifications

Experience in food manufacturing, production area.
Desirable experience with dairy products.
Flexible for rotating Monday–Sunday roster and overtime.
Physically fit for labour-intensive work.
Knowledge and experience with hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

Performs duties of manual nature. Fresh ingredient preparation, mixing, general cleaning. Cheese making.
Plan and organise own work tasks, sorting out priorities and monitoring own performance.
Meet scheduling outcomes. Identify and report issues affecting work outcomes.
Maintain health and safety work area for self and others.
Follow quality control procedures. Inspect quality of work and take responsibility for own output.
Maintain food safety and GMP standards.
Operation of supplied equipment.
