Job summary

Bulla Dairy Foods in Colac, Victoria, is seeking a Full-Time Permanent Process Controller – Cheesemakers to join our Operations team. You will operate a complete cheese production process on site, guided by the Team Lead - Process, delivering quality products and driving continuous improvement.

Applicants will undergo a pre-employment medical, and the role includes rotating shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am) with rate from $31/hour and penalties for afternoon and night work.

Qualifications

• Experience in dairy production preferred.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Able to perform manual handling tasks.
• Commitment to safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Observe processes and initiate corrective actions.
• Setup, dismantle, clean and reassemble equipment.
• Transfer products to and from processes or storage.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
• Record information related to production and testing processes.
• Assist in training in conjunction with coordinators/trainers.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Undertake training and development as directed.
