Job summary

Oceania Ground Force in Adelaide is seeking a frontline team member to support aircraft operations. You will perform bagroom duties, load and unload baggage, manage receipts and dispatches, and assist with pushback and ground service tasks on the ramp.

This role offers a 7-day rotating roster, early and late shift penalties, and a pathway to growth through funded training and an Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Valid Driver’s License (including Provisional).
• Ability to pass Drug, Alcohol, and Audio tests (cost reimbursed after 6 months).
• Capability of obtaining an ASIC card (cost reimbursed after 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Perform bagroom functions, including scanning and manual handling of luggage.
• Load and unload baggage and freight efficiently.
• Manage aircraft receipt and dispatch procedures.

ESSENTIALS

• Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and Public Holidays (e.g., Christmas).
• Capacity to undertake shifts between 4-10 hours per day.
• Ability to work shifts spanning 05:00 - 23:00.
• Commitment to a minimum of 40 hours per fortnight.
• Available for a 1-week full-time paid training.
