Job summary

Cumberland Coachlines is looking for qualified bus/coach drivers to join our Western Sydney team. Training will be provided; prior driving experience is valued, and applicants must have NSW MR Licence and NSW Working With Children Check.

Most work is Monday to Friday daytime with flexible hours. We value professionalism, vehicle presentation, and a strong customer focus as part of our Cumberland family.

We operate a fleet of 24 vehicles including Low Floor Wheelchair Access Buses, Charter Buses from 53 to 80 Seats and Seat Belted Coaches from 57 to 71 seats.

Our work is focussed on providing charter services for local private and public schools in Western Sydney from our base at St Marys. We operate private school bus runs (before and after school), for a number of our private schools.

Vacation care transport is a feature of our work that helps sustain us during school holidays.

In 2026, we are looking to grow our team of professional bus and coach drivers. We are looking for at least four high standard, professional drivers to join our team.

Bus and coach driving experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided to suitable MR licence holders.

Applicants must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

We can offer some flexibility regarding hours, although most work is Monday to Friday daytime.

Semi retired applicants looking for less than a full-time workload are welcome to apply.

OR

Applicants happy to do do more, including regular or relieving on private school runs are also welcome to apply.

• A current NSW Working With Children Check Clearance.
