Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and delivering friendly, efficient service.
• Taking orders and packing meals accurately.
• Supporting service flow during busy periods.
• Maintaining cleanliness across counters, dining areas and guest spaces.
• Following WHS requirements and reporting hazards or incidents.
• Preparing menu items such as burgers, rolls, salads and fried products.
• Cooking freezer-to-fryer items in line with safety and quality standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in kitchen and prep areas.
• Washing and sanitising dishes, utensils and equipment.
• Setting up and operating the charcoal pit safely and correctly.
• Cooking and basting charcoal chicken to the El Jannah recipe and quality standards.
• Portioning, rotating, and preparing chicken for service.
• Monitoring cook times, temperatures, and product quality.
• Keeping the charcoal station, tools, and surrounding areas clean and organised.
• Supporting service flow during busy periods.
