El Jannah Corio is seeking Charcoal Cooks to join the opening team. This is a hands-on role at the heart of the El Jannah experience, preparing and cooking our signature charcoal chicken to recipe standards.

No previous experience required—full training provided on the job, with a chance to learn a specialised craft and be trusted with a key station from day one.

• Set up and operate the charcoal pit safely and efficiently
• Cook charcoal chicken to El Jannah quality standards.

• Support smooth service flow during busy periods

We're looking for Charcoal Cook's to join the opening team at El Jannah Corio. This is a hands-on role at the heart of the El Jannah experience - preparing and cooking our signature charcoal chicken safely, consistently and to recipe standards.
As part of our opening team, you'll help set the standard for everything that follows. No previous experience is required - full training is provided on the job, making this a rare opportunity to learn a specialised craft and be trusted with a key station from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the charcoal pit safely and efficiently


• Cook charcoal chicken to El Jannah quality standards, every time


• Portion and prepare chicken for service
