Job summary

Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals in Sydney is seeking a Channel Programs Manager to translate channel strategy and partnership priorities into practical delivery across pharmacy and emerging healthcare channels in Oceania. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in project management, product management or marketing, channel activation or cross-functional delivery.
• Key account management or sales experience is advantageous.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, pharmacy, digital health or partnerships preferred.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with attention to detail and multi-priority management.
• Confident stakeholder management and clear communication with external partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen; adaptable to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic decisions into actionable plans with owners, timelines and deliverables.
• Create activation plans for priority programs across pharmacy and healthcare channels.
• Operationalise new channel opportunities, onboarding and pilot coordination.
• Manage multiple initiatives with project plans and risk logs.
• Track progress, identify dependencies and escalate risks early.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Customer Engagement, Medical, Market Access, Legal, Finance and partners.
