WOW Recruitment is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join a rapidly growing B2B distributor. You will drive sell-through, optimize product margins, and equip sales teams and distribution partners with high-converting tools to win major accounts.

Reporting to senior commercial leadership, you will engage across commercial strategy, channel growth, and deal execution, with direct executive exposure and a clear pathway into leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of B2B channel sales or trade management experience.
• Strong understanding of gross margins, pricing, and promo ROI.
• Ability to translate data into actionable sales strategies.
• Proficiency with ERP/BI tools and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute trade programs to grow distributor and key account sales.
• Develop sales tools and launch kits to empower reps and partners.
• Conduct range reviews and pricing analyses to identify revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with National Sales Managers and distributors on trade initiatives.
• Leverage SAP, Phocas BI and AI tools to extract insights for stock and growth.
