Wonder Group is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support sales operations and ensure smooth coordination across clients, sales activities, external BDMs, and internal teams. You will manage contracts and CRM updates, engage leads, schedule meetings, and provide day-to-day sales team support to keep the pipeline moving and documentation accurate, while delivering a professional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales teams and managing sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain sales contracts and agreements.
• Update CRM and finance records to reflect deal progress.
• Qualify leads, schedule and run sales meetings.
• Coordinate with external BDMs and internal teams.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders and manage relationships.
• Organize daily sales operations and task allocation.
• Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and follow up on leads.
• Prepare meeting agendas and ensure accurate documentation.
