Job summary

Westpac in Sydney is seeking a Change Reporting and Visualisation Analyst to own the single view of change and support strategic readiness reporting for the UNITE scaled migration for Consumer.

You will collaborate with change management, integration, and readiness teams to gather insights, risks and progress, producing governance-ready dashboards and insights. A solid background in governance and stakeholder communication will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinker with a strong eye for detail.
• Experience visualising data using Power Platform tools.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and communicate effectively.
• Good understanding of governance and compliance in change management.

Responsibilities

• Gather change data and own the single view of change.
• Produce reporting and insights for governance forums and dashboards.
• Develop tools and processes to enhance change readiness and visibility.
• Support Change Delivery teams in managing the Banker panel.
