Job summary

Wesfarmers Health is seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to join our Data, Analytics & AI team in Australia. You will drive innovative data, analytics and AI solutions, partnering with commercial teams to deliver real business value.

You will transform complex challenges into scalable products, influence strategic priorities, and advance our data capabilities. This role requires 10+ years in analytics, hands-on SQL/Python/R/Databricks/Power BI, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in analytics, business intelligence, data products or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, R, Databricks and Power BI.
• Ability to convert commercial demand into reusable data, analytics and AI products.
• Working knowledge of data governance, privacy and AI/model governance requirements.
• Experience in retail, loyalty, health or product-based delivery environments will be highly regarded.
• Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and delivery partners.
• Tertiary qualifications in Data, Analytics, Technology, Commerce or a related discipline.

• Partner with senior business leaders to shape analytics roadmaps and prioritise initiatives.
• Translate commercial objectives into scalable data, analytics and AI products.
• Lead the delivery of insights, predictive models, decision-support tools and automation solutions.
• Guide and coordinate onshore and offshore analytics resources to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Drive data governance, self-service analytics adoption, and continuous improvement across the analytics ecosystem.

What you’ll do:

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Analytics Manager to join our Data, Analytics & AI team. You'll play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of innovative data, analytics and AI solutions that empower better decision-making partnering with commercial teams across Wesfarmers Health.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll turn complex business challenges into scalable, reusable products that deliver real commercial value. From driving analytics roadmaps and influencing strategic priorities, you'll play a key role in advancing Wesfarmers Health's data and AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
