Job summary

Cognizant Consulting seeks a Change Management Consultant to lead and deliver change programmes that enable AI and digital transformation, shaping value for clients across sectors. You will be part of the Transformation Management team, collaborating with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to design deliverables, run workshops, and ensure projects stay on time and budget in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Organisational Change Management (OCM), ideally within consulting.
• Change Management certification (e.g., CCMP, Prosci Change Practitioner).
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering change management in project environments.
• Strong consulting skillset, with experience in project planning, estimation, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to design and deliver the full suite of OCM deliverables.
• Experience delivering Workday, Service Now and SAP 4/Hana transformation projects

About the role

What you must have to be considered

• Experience applying business strategy frameworks (e.g., hypothesis-based problem solving).


• Familiarity with digital methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Agile, Lean Start Up).


• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Prosci).


• Proficiency with online facilitation tools (e.g., Miro, Mural).
