Job summary

UQ College, based at the St Lucia campus, is seeking a Change Delivery professional to coordinate and deliver change management and communications for a major project.

You will partner with project leads, subject matter experts and stakeholders to drive organisational readiness, training, communications and adoption, and to monitor risks and post-go-live outcomes. This full‑time fixed‑term role is up to 6 months, 38 hours per week, with base salary of 106,709 to 116,198 AUD plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering change and communications in project environments.
• Ability to prepare high-quality materials for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across multiple business areas.
• Experience coordinating workshops, training sessions or briefings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver change, communications and adoption activities for project outcomes.
