Job summary

National Australia Bank is seeking a skilled change professional to join a high-performing change team supporting a diverse portfolio of initiatives across Personal Banking. You'll help colleagues navigate change by developing and delivering impactful change strategies, communications, learning and engagement activities.

Working with stakeholders across the business, you'll ensure change is embedded successfully, delivering lasting outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years' experience in change management or related disciplines.
• Experience delivering change across business, operational, technology or transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Curiosity about technology, AI-enabled tools; banking experience and Agile delivery exposure viewed favourably.

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

• 3-7 years' experience in change management, business transformation, project delivery, communications, learning or related disciplines

• Experience delivering change across business, operational, technology or transformation initiatives, supported by a sound understanding of change management principles and frameworks.

• Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Experience conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and business readiness activities.

• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills, including developing communications, learning and engagement materials.

• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and proactively identify risks and issues.

• Curiosity about technology, digital and AI-enabled tools, with banking experience, change certification and Agile delivery exposure viewed favourably.
