Adelaide-based organisation is seeking a Change & Engagement Lead to drive adoption of major technology initiatives within a large-scale infrastructure transformation program. You will lead change management, stakeholder engagement and communication strategies, establishing readiness and sustaining long-term adoption.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing engagement plans, guiding executive-level reporting, and managing change risks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading change and engagement in large ICT transformation programs.
• Experience developing stakeholder engagement, communication and change plans.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ICT infrastructure environments.
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience is highly regarded.

Your new role

As the Change & Engagement Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the successful adoption of major technology initiatives within a large-scale infrastructure transformation program. You will lead the development and execution of change management, stakeholder engagement and communication strategies that build organisational readiness and support long-term adoption. Working closely with program leaders, technical teams and business stakeholders, you will establish frameworks, manage change risks and deliver engagement activities that ensure project outcomes are successfully embedded.
