Job summary

Western Sydney University is seeking a skilled Change Analyst to support the adoption of learning and teaching systems across Kingswood and Parramatta South campuses. The role focuses on assessing impacts on people, processes and technology, and identifying readiness and capability gaps.

You will work with Learning and Teaching, ITDS and program teams, develop user‑facing training, guidance materials and dashboards to inform decisions and strengthen adoption.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience as Change Analyst or similar in digital transformation.
• Advanced change impact assessment, stakeholder readiness evaluation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience developing or delivering training in higher education context.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist change analysis to support the adoption of learning and teaching systems.
• Assess impacts on people, processes, systems and ways of working.
• Identify stakeholder readiness and capability requirements.
• Collaborate with Learning and Teaching, ITDS, the organisational change team, program teams, the PMO and other stakeholders.
• Develop user-focused training content, guidance materials and documentation.
• Produce reporting, dashboards and insights to inform decisions and strengthen adoption.
