Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist change analysis to support adoption of learning and teaching systems.
• Assess impacts on people, processes, systems and ways of working.
• Collaborate with Learning and Teaching, ITDS and other stakeholders.
• Develop user-focused training, communications content and guidance materials.
• Produce reports, dashboards and insights to inform decisions and improve adoption.
