Western Sydney University requires a specialist Change Analyst to support the adoption of learning and teaching systems across Kingswood and Parramatta South campuses with flexible working arrangements. You will assess impacts on people, processes and systems and identify readiness and capability requirements.

Assess organisational impacts and readiness to support adoption of learning and teaching systems across the University.
You will provide specialist change analysis to support the adoption of learning and teaching systems initiatives across the University. You will assess how proposed changes affect people, processes, systems and ways of working, while identifying stakeholder readiness and capability requirements.
You will collaborate with Learning and Teaching, ITDS, the organisational change team, program teams, the portfolio management office and other key stakeholders. Using impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and adoption data, you will identify risks, resistance patterns and capability gaps, then translate these findings into practical change approaches.
You will develop user-focused plans, training and communication content, guidance materials and supporting documentation. You will also produce reporting, dashboards and insights that inform decisions, strengthen adoption approaches and support continuous improvement.
