UNSW is seeking a Change Analyst to drive end-to-end change management and business readiness across people, processes, technology, and policy. You'll translate solution requirements into impacts, prepare stakeholders, and ensure smooth adoption of new ways of working within the EPMO’s P&C Stream.
You will collaborate with Change Managers, Project Leads, Product Owners, and Business Sponsors, reporting to the Engagement and Readiness Lead.

The Change Analyst drives end-to-end change management and business readiness across people, processes, technology, and policy. Working alongside project leads, BAU teams, and executives, this role translates solution requirements into clear impacts, prepares stakeholders, and ensures new ways of working are smoothly adopted. Additionally, the role sets practice standards, mentors change contributors and maintains high quality across all change initiatives.
This position works within the P&C Stream of the EPMO, reporting to the Engagement and Readiness Lead and collaborates with Change Managers, Project Leads, Product Owners, and Business Sponsors.
