Job summary

Seven Consulting is seeking a Change Analyst/Associate to work directly with clients across all areas of Change Management to deliver high-quality outcomes. This junior role will pair with senior team members on client engagements, assisting with analysis, stakeholder communication, and change strategies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Change Management, Project Delivery and/or PMO roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Organisational Psychology, Communications/Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management or related field.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze a client’s business to identify potential change impact.
• Meetings and presentations to stakeholders, including preparing business documents and slides.
• Propose tactics to manage organisational changes to achieve desired outcomes.
• Execute on plans, schedule, report progress, raise risks and issues, maintain relationships.
• Apply past project experience to demonstrate knowledge of PM principles, Agile, Waterfall, and blended methods.

YourNewRole

AsaChangeAnalyst/Associate,youwillworkdirectlywithourclientsacrossallareasofChangeManagementtodeliverhighqualityoutcomes.Asthisisajuniorrole,youwillworkcloselywithmoreseniorteammembersonclientengagements.Eachengagementisdifferent,buttypicalresponsibilitiesofaChangeAnalyst/Associateinclude:
