SevenConsulting in Melbourne is seeking a Change Analyst/Associate to work with clients on change management initiatives, delivering high-quality outcomes as part of a growing Practice. You will support planning, stakeholder engagement, and delivery, applying insights from PMO and project delivery to guide organisational change across engagements.

This junior role provides hands-on client exposure, coaching, and opportunities to advance into senior roles as projects scale.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Change Management, Project Delivery and/or PMO roles.
• Bachelor's degree (often in Psychology and Organisational Psychology, Communications/Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied/Behavioural Science or similar).
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A desire and ability to contribute to the Change Management Practice.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing a client’s business particularly where there is a potential impact from change.
• Meeting and presenting to stakeholders including preparing business documents and slides.
• Proposing appropriate tactics to manage organisational changes for a project in a way that leads to the desired outcomes.
• Executing on plans, scheduling, reporting on progress, raising risks and issues, maintaining effective relationships, and being a supportive project team member.
• Applying past experience in projects to demonstrate knowledge of Project Management principles as well as Agile, Waterfall and blended methods.
• Providing the needed level of support to the recipients of change during and after the project.
