Join to apply for the Change Analyst role at Peoplebank. Our client is seeking a Change Analyst to design and deliver change management policies, processes, programs, and reporting that support organisational needs and enable successful business outcomes.

Skills & Experience required

Manage the delivery of change programs and projects by applying strong project management principles and best-practice methodologies to ensure successful outcomes.
Manage end-to-end change management activities including strategy, communications, impact assessments, readiness, training needs, and deployment planning to support informed decision‑making.
Manage the consistent application of the organisation’s change framework and standards across all programs, ensuring effective engagement, quality delivery, and the development of change capability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business units, understanding their challenges, goals, and customer needs to ensure change initiatives are effectively integrated.
Proactively identify and advise on potential project risks or issues, delivering actionable recommendations to minimise impacts on staff and business operations.
Design and deliver change management and communication plans, including training, orientation, and transition activities to support a smooth shift to the future state.
Develop and maintain strong stakeholder and customer relationships through clear, consistent, and proactive communication.
