Job summary

The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) in NSW is seeking a Change Analyst to support the BOS Digital Transformation Program by analysing change data, developing insights and guiding evidence-based decision-making.

You will conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations, translating complex data into actionable insights and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams.

Are you passionate about driving meaningful change through data analytics and digital transformation? As a Change Analyst, you’ll support the NSW Biodiversity Offsets Scheme (BOS) Digital Transformation Program team by analysing and managing change data, developing insights, and guiding evidence-based decision‑making. You’ll collaborate across teams and with stakeholders to ensure change initiatives are informed, inclusive, and impactful.

About You

To be successful in this role you will need proven experience in change management, data analytics, or information management. You will have strong skills in data analysis, statistical techniques, and visualisation tools, as well as the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

We are looking for somebody with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with commitment to integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
