We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Change Manager to help shape the future of the Biodiversity Offsets Scheme through people-centred change.

As our Change Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving adoption and embedding change across a major digital transformation program. You’ll work closely with project teams, technical experts and business stakeholders to ensure new systems, processes and ways of working are successfully embraced.

This isn’t just about communications and training. It’s about understanding people, navigating complexity, building trust and creating lasting organisational change.

About You

You’re an experienced change professional who understands that successful transformation starts and ends with people.

You’ll bring:

• Demonstrated experience leading organisational change within complex project environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship-building skills
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and meaningful messages
• Experience designing and implementing change, communication and training strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on outcomes
