Job summary

The University of Sydney invites applications for a Full-time Change and Adoption Manager on a 12-month fixed term basis. This role delivers change management across a centralised complaints management transformation, including new platforms, governance, reporting, and operating model.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Complaints, you will coordinate change, training, and readiness activities to ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering change management initiatives within large-scale transformation programs.
Strong understanding of change management methodologies and adoption practices.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities.
Experience designing and delivering training, communication and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of the Change and Engagement Strategy to support project objectives and successful business outcomes.
Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement, communication and change impact assessment activities across multiple stakeholder groups.
Establish and support Communities of Practice and Change Champion Networks to promote engagement and adoption.
Design and implement organisational readiness frameworks, onboarding approaches and readiness assessments.
Develop and deliver training programs, learning materials, user guides, FAQs and other adoption resources.
Monitor adoption outcomes, benefits realisation and post-implementation activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
