Job summary

Maven Dental Punchbowl is hiring a Casual Dental Assistant/Receptionist to support both clinical and front-of-house duties. You’ll chairside assist with dental procedures and manage reception tasks, appointments and patient experience.

The role requires a proactive, friendly attitude and the ability to switch between clinical and administrative tasks across a busy practice within the Abano Healthcare Network.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental assisting and/or reception roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to adapt between clinical and front-of-house duties.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assistance for dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments.
• Maintain sterilisation and infection control.
• Greet patients and manage reception duties.
• Handle bookings and front-desk inquiries.
• Assists with stock control and ordering.
