Maven Dental Punchbowl is hiring a Casual Dental Assistant/Receptionist to support the clinic across clinical and front-of-house duties. You will work chairside with the dental team and assist with appointments, enquiries and reception tasks.

We value confidence, approachability and adaptability in a role that moves between clinical and reception responsibilities within a welcoming Abano Healthcare network practice.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Dental Assistant and/or Receptionist is preferred.
• Certificate III in Dental Assisting highly regarded but not essential.
• Strong computer and organisational skills; Oasis software experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance across dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments and equipment.
• Maintain high standards of sterilisation and infection control.
• Welcome patients and provide friendly, professional service.
• Manage appointments, patient enquiries and front-desk administration.
• Assist with patient payments and general practice administration.
• Assist with stock control and ordering clinical supplies.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the practice running smoothly.
