The University of Queensland (UQ) invites applications for a world-class Chief Financial Officer to lead a finance function of ~275 people, driving transformation, strategic advice, and high-quality decision support across the University.

Reporting to the COO, you will partner with senior leaders to shape financial strategy, manage significant capital programs, and build a high-performance, values-driven finance culture that underpins UQ's mission and societal impact.

Qualificações

• Senior leadership experience in a large, complex organisation.
• Track record of finance transformation and business partnering.
• Strong strategic and financial acumen with professional qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior leaders to shape financial strategy and investment priorities.
• Transform management reporting, planning and forecasting for insights and accountability.
• Lead and develop a large finance team to deliver high performance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee substantial balance sheet, capital investments and infrastructure commitments.
