• Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities based on children’s interests.
• Build positive relationships with children and families, maintaining regular communication.
• Monitor children’s health, safety and wellbeing, responding to concerns.
• Maintain observations and documentation of children’s development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to ensure cohesive care and education.
