Job summary

Baseball NSW is seeking a high-calibre Chief Executive Officer to guide the peak body for baseball in NSW, delivering the Playball NSW strategic plan and leading a cross-functional team. You will strengthen stakeholder relationships, grow participation and secure funding to reinvest in the community.

The role requires strategic leadership, governance acumen, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion within a member-based sports organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team through cultural change with measurable outcomes.
• Strong relationship building and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to represent the organisation as a confident spokesperson.
• Strategic planning and practical implementation capability.

• Brand development and delivery experience.
