Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification (business and/or social sciences).
• Proven executive leadership experience leading strategy, performance and growth.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, overseeing budgets and funding.
• Experience with Boards and complex governance environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement with government, funding bodies and communities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams through change.
• Commitment to cultural safety and working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
