Job summary

Pirtek Yatala is seeking a motivated Junior Assistant to join the Centre Service & Supply team. You will support daily hose service operations, assist customers at the counter and over the phone, and learn hose assembly, machine/weld and pipe-bending procedures.

With training provided and opportunities to advance, you will report to the Technical Sales and Major Accounts Manager and work toward delivering accurate, high-quality service while upholding Pirtek's safety and dress standards.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of customer service and client engagement.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new procedures quickly.
• Background in mechanical or industrial environments is advantageous.
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation of the Hose Service Centre.
• Learn hose assembly, Machine / Weld and pipe-bending procedures.
• Assist to customers' needs at counter and on the phone.
• Pick-up and deliver goods as required.
