Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Centre Manager for the Michael Clarke Recreation Centre in NSW. The role leads a team to deliver exceptional customer experience, manage operations, finances and programs, and engage with Liverpool Council to drive success.

You will develop plans with leadership, oversee safety and compliance, and recruit and develop staff to meet KPIs while fostering a high-performance, community-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a leisure or aquatic facility.
