G8 Education is seeking a Centre Manager for the North Cowra Children’s Centre, a 75-place, full-time role. You will lead daily operations, coach staff and deliver engaging learning experiences while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will drive high performance, foster a collaborative culture, and manage budgets and stakeholder communications. The role offers growth, a strong support network, and a path for ongoing professional development within a nationwide network.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma approved by ACECQA in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 3 years in a licensed childcare centre or similar, with leadership experience.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and prioritise work with a team.

• Manage daily centre operations including staffing, budgets and parent communication.
• Inspire and coach Educators and Teachers through mentoring and growth.
• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for holistic development.
• Prioritise safety and wellbeing, adhering to policies and procedures.
