Job summary

G8 Education Ltd is seeking a Centre Manager at North Cowra Children's Centre to lead our 75-place centre. You’ll drive daily operations, coach staff, design engaging activities, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

You’ll be a strong communicator with a Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved), at least 3 years in a licensed setting, and a demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage priorities. This is a Full Time Permanent role in NSW.

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
• Minimum 3 years in a licensed childcare centre or similar, including leadership.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage priorities, and mentor others.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
