Lead daily operations, support educators, ensure NQF compliance, EYLF program delivery, and strong partnerships with families and regulators. Suitable for Centre Manager, 2IC, or Educational Leader with approved ECT qualification and NSW

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year in a Centre Manager, 2IC, or Educational Leader role.
• Approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification or Diploma.
• NESA Teacher Accreditation (ECT) eligibility or current.
• Current WWCC, First Aid, and Child Protection training.

• Lead, support, and supervise educators and staff.
