anzuk Education is partnering with a privately owned early learning service in Parkdale to recruit a Centre Manager. The role leads a 40‑place centre, oversees daily operations, supports educators, and drives family engagement.

You will manage curriculum implementation, ensure licensing compliance, mentor staff, and contribute to occupancy growth. Salary around $95K plus super, with a hands-on leadership approach in a calm, relationship‑focused environment.

• Previous leadership experience within early childhood education.
• Strong understanding of compliance and centre operations.
• Confident managing staff and parent communication.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.
• Positive and proactive approach to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily centre operations.
• Supporting programming and curriculum implementation across both rooms.
• Managing staff performance, mentoring, and team culture.
• Building strong relationships with families and leading centre tours.
• Managing compliance, licensing requirements, and centre systems including Xplor.
• Supporting occupancy growth and community engagement.
• Maintaining presentation standards across the centre.
• Supporting educators on the floor when required.
