Job summary

G8 Education Ltd in Australia is seeking a Centre Manager for Roscoe Avenue Children's Centre, a 65-place childcare centre, to lead operations, inspire the team and ensure top-tier care, education and engagement. You will oversee staffing, budgets, and parent communication, mentor educators, design engaging activities, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and foster a positive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a licensed childcare centre, including leadership.
• Current Working with Children Check.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

This role is offered as a Full Time Permanent

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
• Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.
• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children’s holistic development.
• Prioritise children’s safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.

What you’ll bring:

• ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
