Job summary

G8 Education Ltd is seeking a Centre Manager at Nurture One Victoria Street Children’s Centre in Australia. This full‑time, permanent role offers a compressed week for the right candidate and introduces a fresh centre upgrade.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including leadership.
• A current Working with Children Check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

As our Centre Manager, you’ll lead our team at Nurture One Victoria Street Children’s Centre, driving high standards of care, education and compliance. We’re looking for a strong, hands‑on leader who leads by example, isn’t afraid to work alongside the team and is confident in compliance and centre operations.

This is a Full Time, Permanent role, with a compressed working week available for the right candidate. The Centre is also receiving a fresh new look, with painting and new flooring being completed in the coming week.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
