Job summary

G8 Education Ltd is seeking a Centre Manager for The Learning Sanctuary Spotswood, Melbourne. You will lead a 125-place centre, drive excellence in care, education and engagement, and mentor Educators to deliver high-quality outcomes for children.

The role is Full Time and Permanent, with a focus on safety, compliance, and community partnership, supported by extensive professional development and a structured onboarding program.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including a leadership role.
• Current Working With Children Check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching and mentoring.
