G8 Education is seeking a Centre Manager for Community Kids Meadow Heights Early Education Centre, a 140-place childcare centre. You will lead daily operations, coach Educators, design age-appropriate activities, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

• ACECQA approved Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education.

As our Centre Manager you'll be at the heart of our operations, driving excellence in every aspect of the centre. Your leadership will inspire your team, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and engagement. We're on the hunt for an energetic, go-getter Centre Manager at Community Kids Meadow Heights Early Education Centre to lead our 140-place childcare centre.

This role is offered as a Full Time, Permanent

What You'll Do

• Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.

What You'll Bring

• ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
• A current Working with Children Check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
