Great Beginnings Belmont North, a 110-place childcare centre, is seeking a Centre Manager to lead daily operations, coach educators, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities while upholding safety and compliance.

You will inspire a diverse team, manage budgets and parent communications, foster a positive culture, and drive professional development to ensure outstanding early learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare centre with leadership.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and manage priorities.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

We’re on the hunt for an energetic, go-getter Centre Manager at Great Beginnings Belmont North to lead our 110-place childcare centre.

This role is offered as a Full Time, Permanent

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
• Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.
• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children’s holistic development.

What You’ll Bring

• ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
