Job summary

Great Beginnings Baldivis, part of G8 Education, is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager who will help lead a dedicated team and foster an outstanding learning environment for children aged 0-5. Your role supports educators, coordinates program delivery based on EYLF, and ensures high standards of care within a busy, family‑facing centre.

The successful candidate holds an ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services, has knowledge of EYLF and NQS, and brings current WWCC and First Aid

Qualifications

• Must hold ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Experience as an educator in an Early childhood service (0–5 years).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid certificate.

Great Beginnings Baldivis has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Assistant Centre Manager to join our XXXX-place service. We are seeking a dedicated team member with the drive to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children. Our Centre is well equipped with resources and programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework curriculum, including a specialised Kindergarten program.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities. At capacity our centre caters for 119 children with operating hours between 6.30am-6.30pm

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check
• First Aid certificate
